Terms of Service

SearchBlueprint ("we", "us", the "Service") is an SEO analysis platform: it crawls websites you submit, runs keyword and technical analysis using third-party data providers and AI models, and produces reports, strategies and generated content.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Where a feature depends on a third-party provider (search data, AI models, hosting), its availability depends on that provider too.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your workspace. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

The shared demo workspace is for evaluation only; anything you put there is visible to other demo visitors and may be reset at any time.

Only submit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. The crawl-behind-a-login option requires that you have the site owner's permission to use the session credentials you provide.

Do not use the Service to attack, overload or scrape sites you have no rights to, to circumvent our rate limits, to resell raw data from our providers, or for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or impose unreasonable load on the platform.

Free features are provided as-is and may be rate-limited. Paid plans, prices and quotas are described on our pricing page and may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Where online payment is offered it is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Reports, scores, strategies and articles are produced by automated analysis and AI models. They can contain errors or omissions — review outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

Search engines change constantly. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI-search citations or any particular business outcome.

You keep all rights to the websites, data and briefs you submit and to the reports and content generated for your workspace. You grant us the licence needed to process that material to run the Service.

The Service itself — software, design, checks and scoring systems — remains ours. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be signposted in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
